The following columns are available in the Run Queue.
| Column | Description |
| State | The status of the run queue item, possible values include pending, acquiring, completed, aborted, aborting, paused, scanning, in review, processing, reporting, editing, submitted, validating, suspended, post run. |
| Type | The type of the run queue item, possible values include single sample, sequence, multiple single sample, two result sets (front/back), shutdown, and barcode scan. |
| Submission Time | The time the run queue item was submitted. |
| Result Name | The result set name for the run queue item. |
| Acquisition Method | The Acquisition Method for the run queue item, will only populate once Acquisition of the run queue item begins. |
| Details | The details column contains a "Details" button that toggles the view of additional run parameters. See View run details. |
| Location | The location of the vial for the run queue item. |
| Sample Name | The sample name for the run queue item. If no sample name was entered, this field is empty. |
| User | The username of the user that submitted the run queue item. |
