Calculate normalized concentrations
The normalized concentration of a compound refers to the concentration of the compound in relation to the sum of concentrations of all detected compounds.
The calculation depends on the status of the Apply correction factors to normalized concentrations check box. This check box is part of the calibration settings in the processing method.
If correction factors are applied, the Normalized concentration of a compound is calculated as follows, depending on the concentration calculation:
