You can set the Posttime so that your column thermostat remains in the not ready state during the Posttime to delay the start of the next analysis. When the Posttime has elapsed, the column thermostat is ready for the next analysis. A Posttime period can be used to allow your column to equilibrate after changes in solvent composition (for example, after gradient elution).
