Mark the Ignore missing vessel check box to specify that, if a vial or well is missing, the injector ignores it and continues with a 6-second dummy run. The message Missing vessel <x> is logged, and the system continues with the next injection.
If the Ignore missing vessel check box is cleared, the injector generates an error and stops the analysis. The message Missing vessel <x> is logged, and the sample or sequence/worklist is aborted.
Ignore missing vessel applies to standard injections only. If a missing vessel is encountered in an injector program, an error is generated. |
