Reference chromatograms are stored in the processing method. To view them in a report, process and save the result set. |
Select Show Peak Labels to annotate reference chromatogram peaks with peak baseline, peak start/end markers, and retention times.
The following settings on the Peak Labels page apply to reference chromatograms as well:
Peak Label Visibility: Annotation position, angle, bounding box and annotation position algorithms
Peak Labels: All color related properties
Peak Markers: Peak top, peak baseline and color related properties
