The analysis parameters of the Analysis Table are available on the View tab. They are grouped into the categories: Analysis Info, Acquisition, Quantitation, Variables.
All categories are available for analyses as well as for sequences. For sequences, however, limited parameters exist in the category Analysis Info, since the sequences have adopted common settings (for example, project, instrument, user) from their initial analyses.
Depending on your acquisition system, the following parameters can be displayed:

A counter is added only if the shortdate is not sufficient for uniqueness. If there is no user name, the user ID is used instead. For analyses generated by the LIMS, the identifier corresponds to the identifier specified in the command. For sequences generated by the LIMS, specifying an identifier in the command is optional and without nomenclature restrictions.If a specified identifier is already used, the timestamp <shortdate> is added.
