Analyses

Analyses view

Displays all your authorized analyses and sequences, including information about their states, instruments, injection sources, etc. By default, the items are sorted by the identifier in descending order. The identifier is set by the LIMS or automatically by the Sample Scheduler (client or web interface).

The toolbar of the Analyses view allows you to add analyses, copy existing analyses, or sort the items according to specific criteria.

Open the Details pane to view or edit the parameters.

If an instrument is locked, a padlock is displayed next to the instrument status.

The LIMS ID is shown only for analyses submitted by the LIMS.

Analyses view in a wider window

All parameters are arranged in columns in tabular form. The number of columns displayed depends on the resolution of your device and the window size. Further columns appear depending on the window width, see figure below.

For sequences, the sequences header shows parameters that apply to all contained analyses. The single analyses of an expanded sequence only show parameters that are specific to the respective item.
