Return a license online

1. Start the Control Panel from any machine connected to the system you want to return the license for.

2. Navigate to Administration  > Licenses

3. Select Manage Electronic Licenses.

4. In the ribbon, click Manage Licenses.

   The licensing interface opens in a web browser.

5. Select Online Activation.

To return all licenses:

1. Select Entitlement ID.

2. Enter your Entitlement ID.

3. Click Return All.

• After all licenses are deactivated, the software is also deactivated. The usage of Trial Mode is still possible if available.

To return part of your licenses:

1. Select Activation ID.

2. In the Total Activated column, enter how many licenses you want to keep. Entering 0 means returning all counts of this Activation ID.

3. Click Update.
