Enter service mode

Service Mode provides the ability to change the internal software diagnostics logging level.

1. Click Administration > Diagnostics > Service Mode.

   

2. Enter a Customer and Password and click OK.

3. Click Start Dashboard.

   

The Agilent OpenLab Diagnostics Dashboard opens. Use the dashboard to modify:

• Remote log configuration

• Local diagnostic reports

• Local log configuration
