You can create shared folders to use for centralized, unattended printing. After a report is generated, it is copied into the shared folder, and a third-party program sends the report from the shared folder to a printer.
To refresh the print folder list, click Refresh All.
You must have the "Manage system components" privilege in order to add, delete, or set a default print folder.
To add a print folder, click Add Print Folder. Enter the following information for the new folder, and click Save:
To delete a folder, click Delete Print Folder and click Yes to confirm. A default print folder cannot be deleted unless it is the only print folder in the table.
To set a folder as the default print folder, click Set Default Print Folder. After selecting the default printer, a checkbox will appear in the default column. A default print folder can be used when printing from a default printer in Acquisition.
