In some cases, chromatograms are not blank subtracted after reprocessing. Possible causes can be:
Data rates are different.
To achieve blank subtraction anyway, go to the processing method, select the General > Signals > Blank Subtraction page, and select the Perform blank subtraction also if data rates are different check box.
Signal names do no match.
The signal name is the short name of a detector, for example, DAD1A. The signal description typically includes more details, for example, DAD1A, Sig=235,10 Ref=550,60. Select either Perform blank subtraction if signal names match or Perform blank subtraction if signal descriptions match to define how flexible the processing method can be used with different acquisition methods.
