Remove spectral deconvolution results

Preparations

• To be able to carry out the procedure as described, you need the following privileges. Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.

  • Project Management  > Edit content of project

  • Data Processing  > Do manual MS Spectral Deconvolution

• A Spectral Deconvolution Analysis license must be available in your OpenLab system.

1. Select the Spectral Deconvolution layout from Layouts ribbon group in the Home ribbon tab.

   

2. Select the MS spectrum from which you want to remove deconvolution results.

3. Right-click the MS spectrum area, and select Remove spectral deconvolution results.

   The results are removed from the table in the Spectral Deconvolution Results window, the Components window, and the Deconvoluted Ion Sets window.
