MS qualifier calculations

The qualifier response ratio (Rsp (%)) is calculated as:

Rsp(Q)	Response of peak in the EIC/SIM of qualifier
Rsp(Ref)	Response of peak in the reference signal

The reference signal depends on the parameters set in the processing method (Compounds > Identification > Compound Table tab and
Compounds > Identification > Qualifier Setup tab).

In rev. 2.7 and 2.8, for compounds on TIC, the ratio was always calculated on the base peak EIC response.
