Requantify data
This procedure explains how to requantify data with an existing calibration curve (see Reprocess vs. requantify).
Click on the data file to select it. You can select multiple data files by holding the [Ctrl] or [Shift] key while clicking.
In the Processing ribbon tab, click Requantify Selected
.
The selected data files are highlighted in blue.
For result sets, each of the selected data files is requantified using the calibration curve displayed in the Calibration Curve window. For single runs, each of the selected data files is requantified using the calibration curve from the linked method.
