Check the timed group regions

This procedure explains how you can check the time range in which a timed group is expected. You can use this procedure, for example, during method development.

1. In the Chromatograms window, click to open the Chromatogram Properties dialog.

2. Select the Expected compounds page.

3. Select Show timed groups.

4. Select other options as required. See Expected compounds.

5. Click OK.

The Chromatograms window shows the timed group name and region as a green text and a green dashed line. Name and region are shown as configured in the current processing method.

6. In the Processing Method window, select the Compounds > Identification node.

7. For the timed group, edit the values for RT start or RT stop.

In the Chromatograms window, the timed group region is adjusted to the new value.
