Similarity calculation

The application compares each of the remaining background-corrected peak spectra with the background-corrected apex spectrum. The match factor is a value between 0 (no similarity) and 1000 (identical spectra).

x_i, y_i	Measured absorbances at the same wavelength from the considered data point and peak apex respectively
n	Number of wavelengths acquired per data point in time (depending of the processing method wavelength bandwidth, and acquisition spectra collection steps)
x_av, y_av	Average absorbances of the considered data point and peak apex spectra respectively

Match factor (at each data point) = r² * 1000
