Load current method version

Processing methods that are linked to a data file are opened automatically when you load the data. The following procedure describes how to load a method that is not linked to any data. You can edit this method independently of the loaded data. For testing the method, you must first link it to a data file.

1. Click Open Method in the ribbon .

If the project enforces method approval, this dialog may show only part of the methods. If you have neither the privilege to use generic methods nor the privilege to change the method status you will see only Approved methods. For more information, see Configure project and privileges for method approval.

2. Navigate to the location where the required method is stored. You can choose any location within the project path defined in the Control Panel.

3. Select the required method.

4. Click Open.
