Print folder cache full |
Check print folder access. Consider increasing the cache size (see Prepare Centralized Printing in the installation guide). |
Print folders are not accessible due to insufficient permissions |
Check that the domain user logged into the Agilent OpenLab CopyTo Server service is a local administrator and has permissions to write into the print folders. |
Reports are stuck in print folders |
Check that the third party software being used to access print folders for printing is functioning correctly. Check that there are no printer errors. |
