Select signals from the 2nd

In the injection tree
All chromatograms (TIC SCAN or TIC SIM), Extracted Ion Chromatograms (EIC and SIM) and MS spectra are listed under the corresponding injection. This details section can be shown or hidden with the small arrow to the right of the injection name. The chromatograms and spectra are stored and loaded together with the injection results.
| The number of extracted chromatograms and spectra may change after reprocessing. In addition to user generated items, the list contains automatically extracted items that depend on method settings. |
In the signal selector
Total Ion Chromatograms (TIC SCAN or TIC SIM) are treated the same way as signals from other detectors and are therefore listed in the Signals area of the navigation pane.
In the processing method
In the processing method, you can set signal specific integration parameters, and copy parameters from one signal to another. Choose the signals from your detector (for example DAD1A). See Configure signal-specific integration parameters.
