Prerequisites
To get the best results in ASR, you followed the recommendations in Optimize sample purity settings for ASR export
To be able to carry out the procedure as described, you need the privilege Processing Method > Edit Post Processing Plugins parameters. Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.
In the processing method, select the Tools > Post Processing Plugins node.
Choose ASR export from the drop-down list, and click + to add the plugin to the processing method.
Under Custom name, enter a name.
In the method report, the plugin will be shown with this name.
Select the Run plugin check box to run the plugin at the end of processing your data.
Under Peak Match Window (min.), specify a time window (in minutes) to group the peaks of different signals (MS and UV) that are in this time window.
Peaks within that window in any signal will be grouped together into one peak group for analysis in ASR. If the peak match window is too wide or too narrow, ASR will generate unexpected results. Optimize the peak match window based on peak shape, accuracy of signal alignment, and RT stability.
Select Output Form to create only one single file containing all injections of a result set. By default, this option is unselected, and a separate ASR file is created for each injection.
Output path: Define a path to save the exported data.
Click
to navigate to the directory.
Click
to select tokens as required. With tokens you
create a dynamic path that will be named, for example, corresponding to the
date, instrument name or result folder name. Use tokens to generate unique path
names and avoid overwriting existing results.
If you want to export to a network share: Make sure that instrument service user has sufficient privileges to access this folder. For details, see Create Account to Access Network Share in the installation instructions. |
