Sort injections in the Injection Tree

By default, the injections listed in the injection tree are sorted by sequence, that is, injections in each sequence are ordered by their order number in the sequence table.

From the drop-down list at the top of the injection tree, select the required option.

The injections are sorted corresponding to the selected options. Additional subdivisions (for example, instruments, result paths, projects or injector locations) are shown as required.

Icons indicate the type of acquisition:

• Results sets

• Single samples or sequence results saved as single injections.

  Sequence results saved as single injections are shown under a separate node using the result name, but with a single sample icon.
