Use one of the following approaches to define the smallest peak range:
Move the mouse over the green Smallest Peak Range box and drag the entire selector.
Move the mouse over the individual green lines to adjust the smallest peak range start and end time.
Enter the start and end time manually into the corresponding input fields.
Right-click the peak that you want to use as smallest peak, and select Move smallest peak range here.
When choosing the smallest peak range, please note the following:
Select the smallest peak with the smallest width. Do not have multiple separated peaks in the range.
Choose the start and end time close to the steep slope of the peak. Do not include baseline drift or pseudo peaks.
Select a single peak with the smallest width in a cluster. Do not select peak clusters.
