Inconsistent deconvolution results

The results of your spectral deconvolution are based on the settings in the Spectral Analysis > MS Spectral Deconvolution section of the processing method.

Inconsistent deconvolution results may be stored for an MS spectrum. If the deconvolution parameters in the processing method change, and deconvolution has not been re-run with the updated method settings, an inconsistency will be shown when you reprocess the data. The spectrum name will have an [i] appended to mark the inconsistent deconvolution results. To remove the inconsistency, run spectral deconvolution again.
