Calculations for relative retention times (RRT)

Values shown in the processing method

RRT = expected RT_compound / expected RT_reference

If you change the RRT value of the associated compound, its expected RT is recalculated as follows:

Expected RT_compound = RRT * expected RT_reference

Values shown in injection results

For identified peaks:

RRT = Actual RT_compound / Actual RT_reference

For not identified peaks:

RRT = Actual RT_peak / Actual RT_{first reference}
