Fraction Results

If a delay time is defined for the selected signal, the reference detector and delay time are shown above the results table. If the delay time varies across the fractions due to a pump flow gradient, it is shown as Variable delay time.

The start time and end time of each fraction are automatically recalculated corresponding to the delay time that is associated to the currently selected signal.

#

Number of the fraction.

Inj. Order No

The order number of the sample in the sequence (sequence line).

Injection time

The time when the sample has been injected.

Location

The location where the fraction is stored.

Start time (min)

The time when the collection of this fraction started.

End time (min)

The time when the collection of this fraction ended.

Volume (mL)

The volume of the collected fraction.

Reason

Event that triggered starting the fraction collection.

Target

With mass-based fraction collection: fraction target compounds. If provided, this information is shown in the Fraction details sub table.

Recovered fractions are always listed at the bottom of the table. For recovered fractions, only the location, volume, and the reason Recovery are shown.

Fraction details

This sub table shows the target compounds in a fraction triggered by an MS signal.
