Configure the System for GC and MS data

  1. Click Method > Instrument Setup > GC model > Configuration > Miscellanous.
  2. Verify that Thermal Aux Type is set to MS Transfer Line.
  3. Click Configuration > Columns and verify that the column attached to the MS shows MSD selected for the Outlet.
  4. Save the method.
