Changes in temperature are initiated at the specified time. However, the temperature setpoint takes some time to reach the specified temperature. You cannot specify a temperature gradient for the column oven.
Limits
10.0 to 60.0°C in steps of 0.1°C, or Not controlled (temperature control is turned off).
