When the chromatographic parameters change from one analysis to the next, there may be a drift in the detector baseline. You can use the Autobalance feature to ensure that the baseline is reset to zero either before the prerun time starts, or after the postrun time has elapsed, or both.
Select Prerun to zero the detector baseline before the prerun time starts.
Select Postrun to zero the detector baseline after the posttime has elapsed.
