Enables you to initiate a scan during a run. The scan is initiated at the specified time. You can select from different types of scan.

Taking a scan during a run is not supported in Dual-Wavelength mode (G7114A/B only). |
Normal spectrum | Carries out a wavelength scan on the sample over the specified wavelength range and at the specified resolution (step). |
Blank spectrum | Carries out a wavelength scan on the blank over the specified wavelength range and at the specified resolution (step). The blank spectrum is automatically subtracted from the sample spectrum. |
Holmium spectrum | Moves the Holmium oxide filter into the light path and carries out a wavelength scan over the specified wavelength range and at the specified resolution (step). |
Lamp characteristic with sample diode | Carries out an intensity scan on the sample diode. |
Lamp characteristic with reference diode |
Carries out an intensity scan on the reference diode. |
from specifies the lower wavelength of the scan range
to specifies the higher wavelength of the scan range
step specifies the step size for the scan.
Take Scan is available in the timetable only if the application supports it. |
