You can set the Posttime so that the module remains in the post-run state during the Posttime to delay the start of the next analysis. When the Posttime has elapsed, the module is ready for the next analysis. A Posttime period can be used to allow your column to equilibrate after changes in solvent composition (for example, after gradient elution).
