Baseline behavior allows you to choose what happens to the baseline after a change in wavelength or PMT gain.

Resets the baseline to the previous baseline position. |

Makes no adjustment to the baseline position; you may see a shift in baseline position. |
Zero |
Resets the baseline to the baseline position at the start of the run. Note that this may not be 0 LU (Luminescence Units), depending on the analysis conditions. |
Select the Signal Polarity you expect from your data from Negative or Positive.
