Duration | Enter the required duration of pumping (in seconds) in this field. |
Flow | Mark the check box and enter the required solvent flow rate (in mL/min) in this field. If you leave the check box cleared, the current flow rate is used. |
Solvent Channel A/B | Mark the check boxes against the solvent(s) that you want to use and select the solvent channel for each solvent. If you leave the check boxes cleared, the current method settings are used. |
