Topology

The Topology section is relevant only to the fraction collector cluster (FCC).

Selected Topology

Click the down arrow and select the required topology from the list. You can select from: F-R [+] V(F)n-R [+] F-V(R)n [+] V(F)n-V(R)n [+]

If no topology can be configured from the available modules, an error message is displayed.

A 1290 Infinity II Preparative Open-Bed Sampler/Collector, denoted by the C in the top right corner and the blue background. The module type, module name and serial number are as given in the Module List

If a 1290 Infinity II Preparative Open-Bed Sampler/Collector is present in the cluster, it must be first in the list.

A fraction collector, denoted by the F in the top right corner and the light blue background. The module type, module name and serial number are as given in the Module List.

A recovery collector, denoted by the R in the top right corner and the pink background. The module type, module name and serial number are as given in the Module List.

You can change the fraction collector at each position in the cluster either by right-clicking on the position and selecting a different fraction collector from the list or by dragging and dropping a fraction collector from another position.

A G7166A used as a fraction collector cannot be followed by any other module.
