Peak Detection Mode |
Click the down-arrow and select the peak detection mode from the drop-down list. You can select from: |
Threshold | The height of the peak that triggers collection |
Up Slope | The slope of the rising peak. The slope value is based on the first derivative of the signal. |
Down Slope |
The slope of the falling peak. The slope value is based on the first derivative of the signal. |
Upper Threshold | A maximum peak height threshold that is used until the slope values are applied. This ensures that collection continues even for a saturated signal that might be expected to switch collection off. The value of the Upper Threshold must be greater than that of the Threshold. |

Maximum Peak Duration | The maximum amount of time a peak trigger remains active. |
