This function is available only in ISET Emulation mode, and only when you have selected a non-Agilent pump to emulate. It allows you to change the type of gradient curve to emulate. The available values depend on the manufacturer and pump.
When ISET is active, the pump automatically adapts time-dependent method settings to ensure the same performance as the emulated system. Check the ISET User Manual for a detailed description of the changes. |
