Specify the conditions for purging the system in this section of the Control dialog box. Mark the check boxes against the channels you want to purge. Mark the Pump with Set Composition check box if you want to purge the pump with the initial solvent composition from the method. The system is purged in the sequence A1, A2, B1, B2, Pump.
For each channel, specify the purge time in the Time (min) field and the primary flow in the Prim. Flow (µL/min) field.
Select the On option or select Purge on from the Dashboard control menu to activate the purge. To abort the purge before completion, select the Off option or select Purge off from the Dashboard control menu.
