Default | The default amount specified in the Set Up Standard Autosampler panel. |
Maximum | The maximum amount defined by the injector configuration.
<value> (µL) | An amount that overrides the default injection volume.
from |
Sample | From the location specified in the sample information or sequence/worklist. |
Location | From a specified location.
Seat | From the seat capillary.

Speed |
Default | The default speed, specified in the Set Up Standard Autosampler panel. |
Maximum | The maximum draw speed
<value> (µL/min) | A value that overrides the default draw speed.
useOffset |
Default | The default draw position, specified in the Set Up Standard Autosampler panel. |
<value> (mm) | -2.5 to +35 mm below or above the standard draw position The offset is calculated from the bottom of the vial, with a slight amount of clearance to cover tolerances. Use a negative offset to touch the vial bottom with the needle. Use a positive offset to raise the needle higher in the vial to clear precipitates on the bottom of the vial, or to select one phase of a biphasic sample. |
