High Throughput (Dual Loop Autosampler)

In this group, set up the conditions that enable the next injection to be prepared while the current analysis is in progress: overlapped injection. In the dual loop autosampler, this is done by alternating loop capillaries from run to run. When overlapped injection is enabled, the lower loop is used for the first run, while the sample for the second run is prepared in the upper loop. In the second run, the sample in the upper loop is injected, while the sample for the third run is prepared in the lower loop, and so on.

Enable overlapped injection

Mark this check box to enable the use of alternating loop capillaries:

  • First run

    Loop 1

  • Second run

    Loop 2

  • Third run

    Loop 1

  • Fourth run

    Loop 2

  • . . .

    . . .

Specify a time (in minutes) after which overlapped injection starts in the field.

When you use overlapped injection, you must ensure that loop 1 and loop 2 are identical.
