Mark the Enable Needle Wash check box to specify an injection with needle wash. Specify the wash parameters in this section:
Mode | Select the wash location by clicking the down arrow and selecting the location from the list. You can select from Flush Port (default location) or Wash Vial. |
Time |
The Time field is enabled only if you have selected Flush Port. It enables you to specify a flush time in seconds between 0.0 and 100.0 in steps of 0.1. The peristaltic pump continues purging for 15 sec after the needle is lifted to ensure that the wash solvent is completely moved to waste. |
Location | The Location and Repeat fields are enabled only if you have selected Wash Vial. The Location field allows you to specify a wash location as a vial number. |
Repeat | The Repeat field is available only if you have selected Wash Vial. You can specify up to 5 repeat washes; the default is 3. |
