The flush pump is a small peristaltic pump in the front right inside of the autosampler. It pumps solvent to the flush port. This eliminates air in the tubing to the flushport.
Select the off option to turn off the peristaltic pump.
Select the lower option to activate (prime) the peristaltic pump and flush the tubing for the specified amount of time (in seconds).
