to (only for Sample, Location, Sample+ and Vial+) is the time to leave the valve in the main flow path (in seconds, range is 0 – 9999) use Offset (only for Sample, Location, Sample+ and Vial+) is the vertical offset of the needle relative to the default position. Range is Default as defined in Draw Position in the method, or -10 – 50. The offset of the autosampler needle is calculated from the bottom of the well, with a slight amount of clearance to cover tolerances.Use a negative offset to touch the well bottom with the needle.Use a positive offset to raise the needle higher in the well. |
