Use this dialog box to specify the parameters for the auto-clean function. The auto-clean parameters are in two sections:
This section is not available in SFC operating mode.
Switch Injection Valve | Mark the check box to specify that the injection valve is switched during the auto-clean process so that both paths are cleaned. |
Wash Needle | Mark the check box to specify that the needle is washed. Specify the wash time (in seconds) in the adjacent Duration field. |
Mark the check box to specify that flow path of the sampler is flushed with solvent delivered by the main pump of the system.
In LC operating mode, specify the flush time (in seconds) in the adjacent Duration field. In SFC operating mode the duration is set by the firmware.
Click to start the auto-clean procedure.
Stop a running auto-clean procedure by selecting Stop Auto-clean from the context menu of the status panel in the Dashboard.
