The Prime Solvents Settings dialog box allows you to prime the sampler and/or peristaltic pump with the currently installed wash solvent(s).
Mark the check box against the zone that you want to prime and specify a duration (in seconds) in the adjacent field.
Click to start the prime procedure.
Stop a running prime procedure by selecting Stop Prime from the context menu of the status panel in the Dashboard.
