The Enable Analysis section of the Advanced method parameters is available only when you have installed and configured a thermostat in the Options section of the Configuration and selected Variable temperature mode. It indicates the temperature conditions under which an analysis will be started.

The analysis can be started irrespective of the temperature of the sample. |
Temperature within +/- 2 degrees Celsius | The analysis can be started only when the temperature of the sample is within 2°C of the specified value. |
