Abort Current Sequence | The injector generates an error and stops the analysis. The message Missing vessel <x>, sequence aborted is logged, and the sample or sequence/worklist is aborted. |
Abort Current Run | The injector generates an error and stops the run. The message Missing vessel <x>, run skipped is logged, and the run is skipped. |
The setting applies to standard injections only. If a missing vessel is encountered in an injector program, the current Missing Vessel setting is ignored, and the whole sequence is aborted. |
Limitation
Not all versions of Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) support Abort Current Run. Selecting this option will trigger an Abort Current Sequence.
