Configure the Single Quadrupole LC/MS Instrument

You set the IP address of the Single Quadrupole in the Agilent Single Quadrupole LC/MS Configuration dialog box.

You may need to change the default address, depending on how your lab is set up.

1. Enter the IP address.
2. Click the Connect button to update the values under the Instrument settings group.

Instrument settings group

The Instrument settings group shows the Model, the Serial number, and the Firmware revision. These values cannot be edited. They are displayed after you connect to the instrument.

You double-click the Agilent Single Quadrupole LC/MS item in the Configured modules list in the Agilent LC & LC/MS dialog box to show the Agilent Single Quadrupole LC/MS Configuration dialog box.
