Monitor the health of the SQ (LC/MS)

You can examine the values in the SQ tab of the Instrument Status window to find out the values for some basic hardware parameters.

1. If necessary, click Instrument Status.

2. In the Instrument Status window, click the SQ tab.
3. Scroll in the SQ tab until you see the values for Rough Vac, High Vac, Turbo1 Speed, and Pump1 Current.
4. Become familiar with these values when the system is functioning well.
