If OpenLab CDS 2.x does not communicate with the LC/MS (LC/MS)
If the OpenLab CDS 2.x Acquisition software does not communicate with the LC/MS, then you can try the following:
- Reset SmartCard. See Reset the SmartCard (LC/MS).
- Check the LAN cables, the LAN switch, and the TCIP/IP network.
- Ping the LC/MS instrument.
- Reboot the PC.
- Reconfigure the instrument.
