If OpenLab CDS 2.x does not communicate with the LC/MS (LC/MS)

If the OpenLab CDS 2.x Acquisition software does not communicate with the LC/MS, then you can try the following:

  • Reset SmartCard. See Reset the SmartCard (LC/MS).
  • Check the LAN cables, the LAN switch, and the TCIP/IP network.
  • Ping the LC/MS instrument.
  • Reboot the PC.
  • Reconfigure the instrument.
