This is the value of the mass axis offset, which is an additive factor used in the equation to calibrate the mass axis.

Axis offset adjusts the reported value of a given mass to the correct number. The mass that appears in a report has had a linear correction applied to it. This may be thought of as a calibration curve where the uncorrected mass is plotted along the x axis and the reported mass is plotted along the y axis. The calibration curve is a straight line with a slope that is proportional to the axis gain, and the y-offset is the Axis Offset.
Clicking Adjust Mass Peaks in the Tune > Manual Tune > MS Section (LC/MS) starts an automated program that optimizes both the Axis gain (AxisGain) and Axis offset (AxisOffs).
