This parameter is only available for the 6135C, the 6130C, and the 6125C.
The Lens2 RF Phase sets the phase relationship between the RF applied to Lens2 and the quadrupole mass filter. This value can be from 0 to 360. It is instrument-dependent. There is no typical value. This is the first setting that needs to be determined before tuning the other Lens2RF parameters. There are normally two optima for this lens. They should be 180 degrees out of phase. This parameter is used on 6125, 6130, and 6135 LC/MS models.
During manual tuning, the Lens2 RF Phase can be ramped to find an optimum value. Ramp defaults and limits are:
